Receptionist

Description We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team based in Irvine, California. The selected individual will be primarily tasked with managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing various administrative tasks. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, with the option to transition into a more long-term position.Responsibilities: Manage and transfer incoming calls efficiently Greet and sign in visitors upon their arrival Arrange for the dispatch of outgoing UPS or FedEx packages Handle the ordering of office supplies as needed Receive and sign for incoming shipments Distribute incoming mail after sorting and opening Provide administrative assistance as required, which may include creating reports Assist with restocking tasks when necessary Perform Receptionist duties as per the job function and skills required. Requirements Proficiency in receptionist duties and administrative assistance Experience with answering multi-line phone systems Capability to order and restock office supplies as needed Familiarity with UPS FedEx for handling and distributing incoming mail Ability to create and maintain reports for record-keeping purposes Willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support the team Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software.
