We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This position requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Answers dealership phones

Greets and receives customers

Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting

Works cooperatively with the sales team

Updates customer records

Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Assists in confirming sales appointments.
