Receptionist?Admin wanted for Aviation Maintenance a Monterey Airport.

Hi, We are an aviation maintenance company based at the Monterey Airport. We have an opening for an Administrative specialist Reception person who is interested in working in the aviation field. Duties will be but not limited to:

Answering phones and greeting people, filing, shipping and receiving small packages,

Schedule projects

FAA Paperwork, etc

Knowledge of Quick Books highly desirable.

Knowledge of Aviation highly desirable
