Description We are searching for a Recruiter to join our team in the Government sector, based in Santa Barbara, California. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and involves recruiting election officers, scheduling training, and managing communication channels. Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and assigning training classes. Conduct background checks and verify candidate information as part of the pre-employment process. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate details. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with information about their application status, training schedules, and other necessary details. Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and packets. Leverage your excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and team members. Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment processRequirements Demonstrated ability to help with candidate sourcing. Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. Knowledge of Applicant Track System and its use in streamlining recruitment processes. Experience conducting Background Checks in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
