Roles serviced will be Design Technologists, Web Developers, and Front-End Engineers. Your focus will be on sourcing technical talent and leading candidate through the interview process, building relationships with your hiring leaders and HR partners, and providing metrics and analysis to drive hiring strategies. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on making an impact across AWS.You will:· Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment· Recruit passive candidates and gauge both skills and chemistry for the right fit, and to understand candidate motivation· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios· Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.· Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidates· Utilize market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.· Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.· Lead special projects/ recruiting initiativesAbout UsAWS Shared Services Team is a team of Recruiting Managers and Recruiters with a focus on hiring for all Design, Front-End Technical, and Product Management roles across all of AWS. Our business is growing fast and our people will grow with it.A day in the lifeAbout the hiring groupJob responsibilitiesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience· 3+ year(s) of corporate and/or technical recruiting firm experience with a focus on passive candidate generation· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates· MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Superior written and verbal communication skills· A demonstrated passion for front end engineering recruiting and providing amazing customer service· Advanced experience building Boolean search strings for recruiting passive talent· An AIRS CIR or CDR certification· Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills· Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations· Possess strong analytic skills; ability to inspect, analyze, and influence using data.· Advanced training in HR or certification, such as SHRM or PHR.· Experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
