We are offering a $6000 sign-on bonus! We have an open position for first shift. This position pays up to $41.95/hr, depending on experience.

This facility operates five or six days a week and produces Pepperoni and Salami.

Duties include:

- Logging time and materials into computerized maintenance management system daily in the form of work orders, P.M.s, etc.

- Communicating of all pertinent information regarding system operation and maintenance to departmental management and maintenance teams daily.

- Housekeeping and cleanup of refrigeration machine rooms, refrigeration maintenance areas, and all project areas on a daily basis.

- Interpreting and understanding plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. for systems being overseen.

- Assisting management in developing standard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for refrigeration and HVAC systems.

- Assisting in managing outside mechanical and refrigeration contractors conducting service, repair, and new contract work.

- Assisting the building and material handling equipment maintenance teams.

- Assisting in general building repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and other general maintenance activities.

Shift start: 7:00AM Shift length: 8 hours Monday-Friday, some weekends and evenings based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18+ years old

Must be willing to obtain OSHA Level A Hazmat Certification (24 Hours, Medical Certification) and Incident Command Training (8 Hours) within 90 days of employment.

Must be willing to obtain RETA (CIRO) Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator Certification within 1 year of hire to attain Refrigeration Technician level III classification.

Refrigeration/Electrical/HVAC Preferred.

Refrigeration/Electrical Trade School Certification or Equivalent preferred.

RETA -Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) Certification preferred.

Associate 2 year Degree in HVAC, Ammonia Re

This bonus will be paid out in two separate installments (the first half will be paid after 6 months of employment and the other half will be paid after 1 year of employment) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct
