In this position every day brings new and energizing challenges. You will average 25-30 visits per week and with those visits your responsibilities range from assessing your patients and establishing a plan of care engaging the patient and/or family in the process, communicating expectations to other members of the nursing care team and i nitiating discharge planning upon admission utilizing appropriate resources.To ensure you have the resources you need, all RN's are provided with a company car for visits, a laptop for documenting while on the go, a car wash pass, and a company phone.Qualifications: Experience and education minimum requirements:
- Graduation from a School of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in Nursing to qualify for state licensure.
- One (1) year acute care experience.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA).
- Valid California driver's license and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers.
