Registered Nurse (RN) IV Infusion Therapy

Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including senior care, assisted living, and memory care. - Perform physical examinations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop appropriate care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and manage patients' airways, including providing ventilator support if necessary. - Perform catheter care and other nursing procedures as required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using ICD-9 coding. - Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, including health coaching. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Utilize strong anatomy knowledge to assess and address patient needs. Requirements: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}. - Minimum of {number} years of experience in infusion therapy or related field. - Proficiency in airway management, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. - Strong knowledge of ICD-9 coding and medical record documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Ability to work independently and make critical decisions regarding patient care. - Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
