  • Project Description:The project is intended to integrate two trade order management systems into the client's strategic data hub. We are responsible for all aspects of delivery, from requirements gathering to design and execution to testing. The technology is primarily .NET, Java/Unix with XML, SQL, Weblogic, Sybase, and Oracle.
  • Responsibilities: Managing and optimising flow of value through the Agile Release Train Assistance in tracking the capabilities and execution of features. Guidance to the economical decision making. Coach leaders, scrum masters and teams in Lean-Agile mindsets and practices. Help in managing dependencies and risks. Escalating and tracking impediments. Work with Product Owners, Product & Solution Management, and stakeholders for ensuring strategy and execution alignments. Improving the flow of value through value streams by assessing and improving the practices related to DevOps.
  • Mandatory Skills Description: Scrum process setup from scratch and permanent control for team of 30 Drive delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc. Produce reports on team's performance and improvements Educate team, client and organization on scrum execution Experience supervising or leading teams or projects Experience working with SAFe Agile software development teams and managing project deadlines Experience with briefing leadership and/or customers of key status of project progression Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar agile project management certification Must have the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills are a must
