Description Thriving boutique law firm is seeking a rock star Litigation Paralegal to join their team! This role is within the legal industry, specifically in the Complex Consumer and Commercial Litigation sector. This litigation paralegal opportunity offers flexibility as it is 100% remote. We have placed attorneys and paralegals with this firm who are happy!Responsibilities: Finalize briefs, ensuring all information is accurate and complete Conduct blue book citation checking to maintain high standards of legal writing Oversee the marking of authority tables to ensure accurate referencing Utilize your 3+ years of civil litigation experience to handle complex cases, predominantly in federal court Manage court filings, ensuring all documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner Create and respond to motions using existing templates Propound and respond to discovery requests, managing all associated tasks Manage calendar and case management using tools such as Clio to ensure all deadlines are met Prepare for trials, organizing all necessary materials and information Leverage software skills including Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.To apply submit resumes only to Vice President, Quidana Dove at Quidana.Dove RobertHalf. < com > #SoCalRHL Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal. Experience in Case Management Software. Ability to perform Briefing tasks effectively. Proficiency in Calendar Management. Experience in Claim Administration. Excellent Communication skills. Familiarity with Federal Court procedures. Must have the ability to perform Cite Checking. Solid knowledge of Blue Booking. Ability to work in a team and independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
