Job Description:As a Global Renewals Program leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of our Global Mid-Market/High Volume Renewals Program with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency worldwide. You will work on highly complex problems, gain insight into the strategic and operational issues which are forefront in the minds of the leadership team, have exposure to senior-level decision-making, and establish relationships with people across the entire company. Finally, you will have the opportunity to drive and test initiatives within the Mid-Market program that will support the evolution of the greater Renewals organization.What you get to do in this role:   Lead end-to-end projects to improve processes, systems, and controls to drive business results and improve the productivity of the renewals team with a special focus on the global Mid-Market/high volume renewals businessMaintain a thorough understanding of core Renewal process, systems, and tools including develop documentation and metrics to evaluate existing workflowsProvide regular data insights for the Mid Market and Renewals business at large, benchmarking against industry and internal best practices, and build business cases to prioritize, gain cross-functional buy-in, and secure resources for projects to implement best practices, process optimization and automationDrive stakeholder communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendorsBe a “change agent” to drive a culture of operational excellenceWork on additional special projects for Renewals Leadership team as required
