South Bay Owner of Apartment Buildings looking for a full-time or part-time tech-savvy rental agent.

Responsibilities include:

- Listing and monitoring vacancies;

- Interviewing and screening potential tenants;

- Showing vacant units;

- Locking in qualified tenants and executing all lease paperwork;

- Assisting office with computer-related and bookkeeping/accounting tasks;

Sales/Tech/AI experience + knowledge of South Bay market a must.
