Reservationist

Kokkari, one of San Francisco top 10 restaurants is seeking a reservationist. Familiarity with Open Table and exceptional customer service skills are a must. Above all we are looking for an individual with a great sense of hospitality. Additionally, the following is required: A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts. Able to work well with others. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, self motivated and extremely detail orientated.

Reservationist Qualifications:

Host experience a plus.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Knowledge of MICROS and OPENTABLE a plus.

Possess a positive, welcoming attitude and a warm and personable presence

Possess a passion for the highest level of customer service to ensure we exceed guest's expectations.

Possess a professional, friendly demeanor and has the ability to think on their feet.

The ability to effectively communicate with the team members to ensure that the guest's needs are met in a timely manner.

The ability to maximize seating capacity while maintaining a professional environment.

A full knowledge of our menu's, services and hours of operation.
