Resident Apartment Manager Deluxe Building

We are seeking a MANAGEMENT TEAM to manage a deluxe 92 unit building in Woodland Hills. You must have local experience in managing larger buildings. This position requires the managers to live ON SITE. Compensation includes a very competitive salary, free deluxe apartment, utilities, and paid vacation time.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Local Apartment Managing Experience – Prior property management experience required.

Tenant Relations – Strong communication skills and ability to resolve tenant concerns professionally.

Leasing & Rent Collection – Manage rental applications, lease agreements, and timely rent collection.

Property Upkeep – Ensure the property remains clean and well-maintained.

Problem-Solving – Work proactively to address tenant issues and building concerns.
