Resident Manager Position for 23 Unit Building

Glendale Property Management is currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated professional to join the team. The position available is for Resident Manager of a 23-unit building located in Arcadia, close to the Westfield Mall. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and enhancing the overall living experience.

Duties Include:

- Reporting to Owner and Property Management company

- Coordinating repairs and maintenance

- Resolving tenant issues

- Performing daily walk-throughs of the property

- Handling move-ins & move-outs

- Responding to maintenance requests submitted by tenants

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of major components of a building

- Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

- Computer literate a must (Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows)

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Resident Manager

Compensation:

- Hourly Rate of $18.00

- Housing Credit (1/3 off rent for 2br)
