Resident Manager - Rockridge

Seeking a resident manager in the Rockridge area of Oakland for a family-owned, well-maintained 20+ unit apartment building. Start date would be late March/April 2025. At least one year of resident management experience required. Interest in real estate essential. Yardi experience a plus. Job consists of showing/renting units, lease documentation, setting up maintenance requests with residents and vendors, quickly addressing resident concerns/issues, cleaning of common areas, minor repairs, etc. Must live on-site. In addition to hourly wage, one bedroom apartment provided at a significantly discounted rent, plus free parking and utility/phone allowance. Average work roughly 10-15 hours per week (part-time). No pets.
