Resident manager wanted for apartment in Orangevale/Folsom border

We are looking for a parttime person or couple to manage and be our resident manager for a 28 unit apartment building located adjacent to the bluffs above Lake Natoma. Units have views of the park. Building includes a swimming pool and on site laundry. Yes, there are responsibilities included to make sure the building maintains its current charm. If you are qualified for maintenance it would be at an extra hourly wage.
