Resident Property Manager (Part-Time)

Resident Manager needed for well-maintained and historic 19-unit building on Nob Hill.

Duties: Basic maintenance, programing the intercom, cleaning common areas, and meeting vendors when needed. No rent collection. (A full list of duties will be supplied later.)

Qualifications: Good credit and references, basic handyman skills, a neat appearance, flexible schedule, and excellent people skills.

Compensation: Rent Reduction on studio apartment and part-time salary for no more than 7 hours a week.
