Position: Residential Painting Sales/Estimator who is "highly motivated and a self-starter"

IM Painting Inc is looking to hire a highly motivated, goal oriented, salesperson looking to build a career for their future. This position is for a residential sales associate who will meet with potential customers in their homes to educate, estimate and present a solution for their interior and exterior painting needs. The ideal candidate is a team player that has the ability to work together with other team members.

Effectively organize their activities in the face of many simultaneous demands and uses good judgment in resolving conflict.

Work Schedule:

Flexible - Full time schedule

Salary: Compensation plus commission

IM Painting Inc is one of the Premier residential home painting contractors in the Orange County area.

We are currently looking for highly motivated and results driven Residential Painting Sales/Estimator for the Southern Orange county territory. Paint and/or Home Improvement Construction Sales experience helpful and preferred. Looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is coachable with a strong emphasis on customer service and a genuine desire to succeed.

This position is responsible for the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for selling interior and exterior painting to Residential Home Owners and general contractors.

2.When out and about canvas local jobs to seek opportunities to sell to them.

2. Work directly with homeowners, architects, general contractorers, and sub-contractors to provide project scope and ensure project/ budget meets client satisfaction.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

1. This is a very independent position, so you must be a self-starter.

2. Possess meticulous people skills which include balancing of customer’s satisfaction and company’s profitability.

3. Organized and have Basic understanding of Word and Excel

4. Work independently. Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

5. You must have access to your own transportation with a clean driving record.
