Retail and Spa Client Service

Salt Cave, Santa Barbara offers a unique mix of spa services, halotherapy and Sound Bath sessions in our large, Himalayan salt cave, and a variety of retail products, including locally made treatment products. We are looking for a friendly, customer service experienced individual with good phone and in-person communication skills, willingness to approach customers and offer assistance, dependability and team-oriented. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work during weeks of expected high volume holiday periods. This position requires 4-5 days of availability including Sundays. Shifts will generally be between 5 and 7 hours with required break/meal periods. Approximate hours per week expected to be 24-30. Mindbody software experience helpful but not necessary. Employee discount after 30 days, sick pay and retirement plan option available. Walk-in applications welcome during business hours.
