Retail Customer Service

Do you enjoy working with the public and providing customer service with a smile?

Reliable individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn needed for customer service position at a visitor center located along the North Coast of SLO County. You’ll assist with the sale of retail items, answer questions and provide guest information, ensure smooth operations, and perform light cleaning and organizational duties.

Requirements:

- Great customer service and interpersonal communication skills

- Reliable transportation and good attendance

- Ability to multi-task and work as a team

- Ability to meet schedule needs, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Anticipated Schedule:

Weekly schedule can vary. Full-time or part-time hours considered. Shifts are eight (8) hours, ranging between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday.
