We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and design-minded team member to help our customers create beautiful spaces.

Position:

Sales Associate / Showroom Assistant

Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Schedule: Part Time (weekend availability required) 15-30 hours.

What You’ll Do:

-Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience

-Build relationships with clients and assist with design selections

-Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom

-Assist with inventory management, tagging, and floor merchandising

-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

-Support the team in creating a warm, inspiring, and professional environment

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Previous retail or sales experience

-Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
