Description Location: Hybrid (partly remote, partly in El Segundo, California)The Compliance Analyst is a full-time position responsible for maintaining and administering all aspects of the organization's compliance programs. This includes strategy, infrastructure, and processes to ensure that compliance policies are up-to-date and that managers are educated on these programs. The role will continually assess compliance exposures for potential regulatory impact, ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, and oversee the resolution of compliance issues.

Coordinate and manage the organization's compliance program, working with department heads to identify and monitor new and ongoing compliance risks and exposures to minimize negative impact on long- and short-term strategic goals.

Develop and implement company-wide compliance policies, including those related to data privacy, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery and corruption.

Conduct routine compliance audits and site inspections to ensure adherence to policies and procedures; implement improvements and recommendations as needed.

Manage the renewal cycle for regulatory filings, including completion of applications and relevant documentation.

Work with senior management, legal department, and external advisors to optimize compliance strategies and facilitate relationships with regulatory bodies.

Act as the subject matter expert on compliance matters to advise internal teams on regulatory requirements for company initiatives.

Oversee the department budgets and track invoices related to compliance activities.

Supervise all phases of the compliance issue resolution process, from intake, reporting, investigation, negotiation, and settlement, collaborating with the legal team and/or external advisors as necessary.

Requirements

Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or other similar industry designations.- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within a corporate environment or with a regulatory body preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.
