Position: Associate – The UPS Store

Location: Madera Rancho, CA – Riverwalk Shopping Center

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join our UPS Store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle shipping and packaging needs, and assist with other store services. This is a part-time role.

Requirements:

Notary Public license (required).

Prior experience in a postal/shipping service (preferred).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services.

Perform notary services.

Operate POS systems and handle transactions.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
