Learn more at www.dignityhealth.org/StJohnsRegional.ResponsibilitiesIn keeping with the Dignity Health core values the Clinical Nurse II (CNII) in L&D is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of antepartum intrapartum and postpartum nursing the implementation of patient care in those settings and the ability to practice independently. The CNII in L&D serves as a resource person preceptor and relief charge nurse. Under minimal supervision the CNII proficiently implements the nursing process for clients with complex diagnoses.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

Six (6) month current maternal-child nursing. When staffing can support a transition RN applicants without the requisite experience may be considered.

Current California Registered Nurse license.

Current BLS certification

Current NRP certification

Current ACLS certification
