RN/LVN needed for a Home Health Agency

To visit patients at home or nursing home after their release from hospital or nursing facilities. Visits are limited to San Diego County area. Requirements: Two Years minimum nursing experience in assisted living or other community settings such as Skilled Nursing Homes. Possess knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding home health. Strong oral and written communications as well as computer literacy.

Candidates must have good assessment skills. A very organized individual with a calm demeanor desired. Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background clearance.
