Roofing Company Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Company Manager to oversee operations, conduct roof inspections, and manage proposals and estimates. This role includes supervising crews, ensuring project quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Oversee day-to-day roofing operations and project scheduling

-Conduct roof inspections and document findings

-Create accurate estimates and detailed proposals

-Supervise crews and ensure safety and quality standards

-Manage materials, vendors, and job site logistics

-Communicate with customers throughout project lifecycle

-English proficiency required for communication with clients and team

QUALIFICATIONS:

-10+ years in the roofing industry, with leadership experience

-Strong knowledge of roofing systems and inspection methods

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Communicate with clients and internal teams in English via email, phone, and in-person meetings

-Valid driver’s license; OSHA certification a plus
