Roofing Project Manager

Fast growing Roofing Company looking to add a Project Manager. We are seeking a dependable, detail orientated individual with good communication skills to manage residential roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in roofing/project management (foreman). Must be able to speak and write in English (spanish is a bonus). A company truck will be provided during work hours.

Responsibilities in these tasks (not limited to) :

Coordinate on software for jobs

Make sure materials are delivered to job site.

Order/deliver any additional materials needed to complete project.

Work with the roofing crew during the project, supervising the quality and job completion to customers satisfaction.

Communicate with customer any additional work needed, costs and schedule changes.

Communicate between the field staff and office staff the progress of jobs.

Arrange city permits and inspections.

Take necessary actions as a result of bad weather, emergencies, or delays.

Post photos info company software

Complete necessary checklists

Valid drivers license

Clean driving record

Quality control every job

Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) not a deal breaker

Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression

Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Five years of construction experience
