Roofing Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Estimator/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a key role for someone who not only understands roofing systems but can also sell roofing projects, perform accurate estimates, and manage pricing from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell roofing projects by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Collaborate with project managers and roofing crews to gather necessary data.

Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive bids.

Monitor and control project costs, making adjustments as needed to stay on budget.

Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for accurate estimating.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing sales and estimating.

Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.

Proficiency in estimating.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.
