Room Attendant - Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking for a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping Team.Located on the 18th hole of the Torrey Pines Golf Course, with views of the Pacific Ocean from rooms with balconies and patios. Explore the natural beauty of Torrey Pines State Reserve nearby, with a walking trailhead to Torrey Pines State Beach one mile away.The Resort has 394 guest rooms and 60,000 square feet meeting spaces. The breathtaking coastal view resort also offers an on site restaurant, two large outdoor gardens, a pool, and tennis and pickleball courts.

Classification: Full Time

Shift : Mornings - must have availability to work weekends and holidays

Pay : $19.50 per hour

$500 sign on bonus ($250 to be paid after 90 days of service, another $250 to be paid after 365 days of service.

What will I be doing?As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming

Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed

Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed

Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis

Dispose of trash and recyclables

Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Perform guest turn down service, as needed
