Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
Identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
Verify that all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and arranged
Document inspection results accurately and communicate deficiencies to housekeeping or maintenance teams for resolution
Assist with cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitation of surfaces
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during inspections
Support the housekeeping team by providing feedback on cleaning procedures and standards to improve efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly desirable
Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills for reporting issues effectively
Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is advantageous
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning duties as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
