Non-Negotiables

At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience (dialing in espresso, latte art, bar flow)

Open flexibility & availability (weekends & early mornings included)

Willingness to learn & grow with us - we’re building something special and want teammates who are excited to grow alongside it
