RV Park On-Site Support – RV Space Included

Quiet, well-managed RV community in the North Bay Area is seeking a reliable, steady, long-term on-site occupant to assist with day-to-day oversight of the property.

This arrangement includes a full-hookup RV space with a monthly rent credit, in exchange for carrying out light on-site duties.

Applicant must have their own RV!

This is an excellent fit for someone who:

Already lives full-time in their RV

Is present on-site regularly

Maintains professionalism with tenants and vendors

This is not an employee position.

It is a housing-credit exchange tied to completing specific on-site tasks.

Main Responsibilities include:

Daily walkthroughs of the property & space condition checks

Light cleaning of small common areas (laundry room, walkways)

Setting out and bringing in trash/recycle cans weekly

Observing and reporting maintenance issues, unusual activity, or rule concerns

Opening/locking small common areas at scheduled times

Basic grounds tidiness/maintenance (sweeping, small debris pickup, light weed control)

Being consistently present on-site

Coordinating with the remote General Manager for all issues

Interacting respectfully with tenants, visitors, and vendors

This is not an RV repair or maintenance technician role - no repairs to tenant RVs.

Requirements:

Must have your own RV — no older than 15 years

Full-time RV resident (or relocating to your own RV)

Good communication skills (text/phone responsiveness required)

Stable daily routine and ability to be on-site regularly

Ability to walk the property daily and perform light cleaning tasks

Professional, positive attitude

Must maintain confidentiality and follow written procedures

Background check required

No drug/alcohol issues

No large dogs (small indoor dog or cat OK)
