Job description:
- Hands-on support experience of SailPoint 110 (L2/L3)
- Experience in providing maintenance support of IAM deployments with source and target systems
- Strong n overall IAM concepts of identity lifecycle management, role management, joiner , mover, and leaver processes
- Delivery management (preferred) for projects with large teams .
- SLA and KPI monitoring, tracking , dashboards preparation and reporting
- Issue resolution and escalation management
- Capable to advise on leveraging various functionalities of the SailPoint solution.
- Ensuring implementation of technical best practices and standards - code management, integration, and deployment
- Providing guidance to the larger support team for all technical questions, issue resolution steps, minor upgrade guidance, refactoring code, connectors etc Hands-on support experience of SailPoint 110 (L2/L3)
