Sales Agent – Luxury Outdoor Living (Montclair, CA)

PERGOLUX is a fast-growing international company specializing in premium pergolas and home improvement products.

We are opening our new showroom in Montclair, CA and are hiring Sales Agents to join our expanding US team.

What you’ll do:

Assist walk-in customers and inbound leads (no cold door-to-door)

Provide product recommendations and guide customers through the buying process

Manage showroom appointments and demos

Coordinate orders and support customers from inquiry to purchase

Upsell accessories and add-ons

Keep the showroom organized and ready for customers

What we’re looking for:

2–3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles

Experience with high-ticket or consultative sales (furniture, appliances, automotive, solar, windows/doors, electronics, home improvement — all welcome).

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working in a showroom environment

Motivated by commissions and hitting targets
