Sales Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Representative based in Canoga Park, California. This role will involve working onsite, assisting in sales efforts, and promoting company programs. Key responsibilities of this role will include lead generation and cold calling, as well as presenting sales pitches to prospective clients. Responsibilities: Generate leads to create new business opportunities Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to promote our services Meet or exceed set sales goals through strategic planning and diligent follow-up Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track sales performance Understand and promote company programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction Utilize skills in Sales Calls, Cold Calling, and Outbound Sales to achieve objectives.Requirements Proven experience in a Sales Assistant role or similar Proficient in making sales calls and outbound sales Skilled in cold calling techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using sales software and tools Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving abilities High level of organizational skills Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude Strong time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to continuously improve and learn new sales techniques.
