Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process transactions accurately using cash registers

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales transactions efficiently

- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy

- Prior experience in Freight Truck Parts Sales, mainly aftertreatment system

- Knowledge of appliance sales or retail math is beneficial

- Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
