We’re currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our Dublin showroom team. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a knack for consultative sales, and want to represent leading home wellness brands, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Creative Energy brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and product expertise.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person, phone, and email communication.

Document all sales leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM (Evosus).

Conduct showroom presentations and close sales on a variety of luxury home products.

Participate in company sales meetings, training sessions, and vendor events.

Assist with showroom opening/closing procedures and maintain the space’s visual standards.

Collaborate closely with delivery, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experiences.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses.

Average annual earning from $85,000 - $120,000 for top performers

Hours

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail, showroom, or consultative sales experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong follow-up and organizational abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Comfortable with CRM/POS systems (experience with Evosus a plus)

Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
