Sales Associate In Locally Owned Jewelry Boutique

Looking for a motivated sales associate with a strong passion for jewelry and gemstones to work at Spiral Jewelry & Artisery in downtown Petaluma and/or on the Sonoma Plaza. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with customers. Must possess strong people skills and genuinely enjoy engaging in conversation in a sales-forward environment. Must have willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must have ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to take direction. High school diploma or GED required. Prior retail experience or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Will train ideal candidate.
