Sales Audit Clerk

Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Sales Audit Clerk in the retail industry. The chosen candidate will be based in El Segundo, California, and will be tasked with auditing daily store sales data, utilizing multiple systems for document review, and conducting light data and account analysis work.Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:40am - 4:20pmDuration: (3 – 5 Months Term) to assist Sales Audit with Analysis Work. Candidate should be Strong in Excel, Communication, Analysis and Action oriented with great follow through.Responsibilities: Auditing daily store sales data for a group of stores Utilizing multiple systems to locate specific documents for review Verifying the accuracy of polled store data Conducting transaction corrections in the electronic Sales Audit system Conducting light data and account analysis work Reporting any store or data issues to the Supervisor Communicating daily with stores using department protocol Assisting other team members to meet deadlines Performing account monitoring and taking appropriate actions Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer credit records.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the retail industry Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in data entry and basic computer skills Strong organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent education level Willingness to continually update knowledge and skill set in line with industry trends.
