This is a commission based position. Our Sales Customer Experience Representative average between $56,658 and $121,642 annually based on 2025 averages at Harper Motors.

Job Description:

Summary

Ensures customer satisfaction with their vehicle purchase as well as explaining all vehicle features.

Essential Duties

Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by monitoring the prospecting and sales control system.

Monitors follow-up system for vehicle purchasers.

Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process.

Completes proper product and training resources for salespeople on a regular and continuous basis.

Maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.

Schedules first service appointment at time of delivery.

Reviews inventory daily

Maintains professional appearance.

Other tasks as assigned.

Must be 18 years of age, have a valid CA license, and clean driving record.
