Sales Manager

Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Sales Manager to support our Sales & Marketing department.

Key Accountabilities

Handle all aspects of account development to include sales presentation, site inspections, entertainment and sales trips as needed.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients, conducting property tours and maintaining regular communication with clients prior to event and after event to ensure overall success.

Develop sales action plans, including key segments of group and FIT sales, set targets for activities (sales calls, etc.) and summarize the weekly activity for Director of Sales and Marketing’s review.

Assist in the selection, training, and development of staff that meet set expectations

Monitor departmental effectiveness in overall business plan and budget adherence.

General Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Minimum 3 years applicable sales and management experience, preferably in tourism, and/or hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as a liaison between members, guests, and resort management.

Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities.

The ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000.00 per year
