Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for the newest member of our Sales Operations team! This position will focus on Licensing Expo, connecting the world's most influential entertainment, character, art, and corporate brand owners and agents with consumer goods manufacturers, licensees and retailers. This position reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting the events sales team with a focus on communication, top notch customer service, and sales operations. Responsibilities include sales order entry, database and inventory tracking, and general reporting.Role Accountability and Duties:Ensure the day-to-day operational execution of the Sales Operations function in conjunction with sales leadership.Sales order data entrySalesforce.com report processingParticipate in the event rebook processes, pre-show, on-site and post-showOrder trackingTravel to event to support on-site rebookingAssist with and auditing the layout and ongoing maintenance support for floor planWork closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools to help them sellCustomer support tasksAssist with event coordination, pre-show, onsite, and post show, as needed
