This role involves working in the software industry, with a focus on building and managing client relationships, demonstrating software solutions, and contributing to revenue growth.Responsibilities: Conducting engaging presentations and software demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits based on customers' business needs. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand and meet their software needs. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through research, inbound inquiries, networking, and referrals. Actively listening to clients' challenges and goals, offering tailored software solutions to address their specific requirements. Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experience. Negotiating terms and pricing, preparing contracts, and closing sales effectively to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader in software solutions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system. Acting as a liaison between clients and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
