Sales Representative – Construction & Asphalt Services

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base in the construction and asphalt maintenance industry. This position focuses on making outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and building relationships with property managers, HOAs, schools, and commercial accounts.

What You’ll Do:

Make consistent sales calls to potential clients.

Track all activity and communication using Google Streak CRM.

Send quotes, proposals, and follow-up emails.

Coordinate with estimators and field crews to ensure smooth project transitions.

Requirements:

Experience using Google Streak CRM is required.

Excellent phone communication and organization skills.

Positive, self-driven attitude with attention to detail.

Prior sales experience in construction, paving, or property management is preferred.

Compensation:

Base + commission (based on experience)
