Flawless Grass & Hardscape is a fast-growing Southern California company specializing in synthetic (artificial) grass and hardscape solutions. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and driven Outside Sales Representative who is ready to earn at a high level.

The ideal candidate will meet with homeowners, present customized outdoor solutions, and close high value projects using company-provided, qualified leads.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners and clients in person

Present and sell synthetic grass and hardscape solutions

Measure job sites and assess customer needs

Follow up on company-provided leads (no cold calling)

Close sales and maintain strong client relationships
