Sales Research Associate - Path to Full Desk Technical Recruiter/Sales

Position: Recruiting Research Associate

Pay Range: 18-22p/h DOE - Commissions available to those that become full desk recruiters.

Location and Hours: Ventura, CA. 93003. FT (8-5)

Our team needs excellent research associates to come onboard and help us. We have more business than bandwidth and need your help! We provide candidates to fill difficult searches. We train you to find candidates and then you coordinate your findings with our top-notch and friendly Account Executives.

Job Skill and Qualifications:

Ability to work over the phone and build rapport quickly, great note taking and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication skills and a hunger to learn both about our industry and technology.

Great persistence! Able to learn from mistakes, dust yourself off and move forward! We’re all here to help!

Must be computer savvy, and able to learn new software tools - previous experience with CRM’s a plus
