- Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders
- Ability to clearly communicate Salesforce features in non-technical way to business stakeholders

- Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with technical architect and Development team
- Excellent understanding of Out of the box features such as Sales Process, Forecasting, Territory Management, Products, Price books and Quotes in Sales Cloud is mandatory
- Must have excellent understanding of other Products (Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein Analytics) in Salesforce ecosystem
