Job responsibilities Analyze, processes, manage and test data migration Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution) Collaborate and coordinate projects under the guidance of the MATI BSA. Key partners include Application Engineers, Technical Program Managers, System Admins, and cross-functional teams on behalf of MATI Preferred qualifications Hands on experience with industry standard tools for CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Excellent people and communication skills Strong analytical and data analysis skills Experience with advanced data operations in Excel /Gsheets Experience developing business requirement documents and technical design documents, and test plans (SIT, UAT)
