Overview: Our client, a mutual benefit corporation and health plan provider, seeks an accomplished Salesforce Configuration Analyst. Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship Location: 601 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94607 Duration: 5 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role Description: - This hands-on role will be accountable for developing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, user requirements and organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation of the end-to-end business solution, including all areas of configuration and partner with IT on interfaces, extracts, or extensions.
- Be accountable for Salesforce complex configuration and overall testing of the most complex system and configuration elements and produces test script documents to support testing outcomes.
- Leverages agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing.
- Develop the most complex Salesforce configuration methodology to support solution selection and develops documented solutions and processes using appropriate documentation protocols.
- Continually evaluate and analyze complex Salesforce applications and business processes cross-functionally; analyze system business impacts and risks; make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems. Import data into Salesforce.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce configuration guidance to requirements gathering sessions, while gaining deep functional/business operations knowledge, application configuration, information management, and operational support.
- Conduct testing to validate platform is functioning as expected.
- Document requirements and changes made on platform.
- Support the management of Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups needed.
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases.
Qualifications: - Requires at least 7 years of experience in a Salesforce configuration analyst role.
- Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and enterprise systems.
- Required Salesforce advance administrator certification.
- Able to work in a strong collaborative environment.
